12年間日本の自殺者数がぴったり3万人前後なのは
別に数字をいじったりしてるわけじゃなくて
単に警察の捜査能力と人員、
それと上にある2要件に該当するか否か、
そして監察医と解剖医の不足のため、
現状の日本できちんと自殺判定される遺体の数の限界が
3万体ということ。
だから毎年3万人なわけ。
